Debris containment is crucial when working over pavements, roads, railways or access routes where there are people or property in the immediate area of the construction area.
Safety Catch-Fans, also known as Safety Net Fans which when attached to structures during construction provide protection against falling debris, materials, tools, and construction waste from falling onto anyone in the area below ensuring the safety of workers, the public and property.
Safety Net Fans are designed with components that attach them directly onto steel and concrete structures or scaffolding using adjustable clamps or post-fixed anchors. Available in 4 metres and 6 metres lengths that can be overlapped which makes them suitable for almost any structures perimeter.
Their cantilever is 3 metres when fully open offering a protection area of 18 square metres from a 6 metres wide net with a load capacity of 100 kg. They are easily opened and closed when access is required or to retrieve caught objects.
Catch Fans are manufactured by SafetyRespect and conform to EN1263.
